Losing Weight With the Lemonade Diet
In a world of burgers, fries, whipped cream, and rich desserts, losing weight can be a hard task to do. Most of us, after a heavy dinner of grilled or medium rare steak or baked lamb chops will just stay at our porches drinking more beer, wine, brandy and rum.
