Lemonade Diet Recipe

The lemonade diet's main purpose is to rejuvenate as well as cleanse the body's overall system. This diet has become quite common especially amongst people who seek to lose weight in a quick manner, which is usually around 10 days or so. 

 

Your own lemonade diet recipe can include the following ingredients :

  • Unrefined sea salt
  • Organic lemons
  • Filtered water
  • Grade B organic maple syrup (never use the breakfast table type of syrup)
  • Cayenne pepper (powdered form)

If you would like just one serving of this lemonade diet, then you will require the following measurements of the above listed ingredients :

  • 1/10 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 10 oz of the filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons of the maple syrup

The above is a single serving. You need to drink up to 6-10 servings (6-10 cups) of the concoction each day, and depending on your tolerance level you can embark on the lemonade diet for a time period of 10 days.


For a whole day’s serving, do the following recipe:


Take an empty gallon of water jug and fill it with:

  • the juice of 5 lemons
  • 1 1/4 cup of organic Grade B maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 10 cups of water

Shake it all up and you got your days’ serving!

 

You need to ensure absolutely that you are using purified water, since using just everyday tap water isn't recommended and should be avoided due to all the chemicals that tap water contains that defeat the purpose of a cleanse.
